Place the fish on top, put butter on top of fish, and season with salt and pepper. Wrap foil to create parcels. Bake at 180 degrees C or steam in a steamer for approximately 15-20 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fish fillets) or until cooked    Spicy Biscuits: Ingredients Flour     2 cups  Butter     1/3 cup  Curd     2 tbsp Red Chilli powder  1 tsp Ginger, grated   1 tsp Sugar    3 tsp Salt    1 tsp Cumin seeds    2 tsp  Green Chilies chopped 2 sprig Curry leaves chopped 1 Baking powder   ½ tsp carom seeds    ¼ tsp Method: Combine all the ingredients together and knead well to make a smooth firm dough. Refrigerate the cling wrapped dough for about 30 minutes. On a lightly floured surface roll the dough out to a 2 mm thickness. Using cookie cutters, cut the rolled dough into desired shape and place it on lined baking sheets. Bake at 180 degrees C for about 20 minutes or until the edges are golden. Allow to cool completely. Store in airtight containers.'
